Q: How will my order be shipped to me?
A: The Frederic Remington Art Museum uses UPS and/or FedEx for shipping orders over $50 and all Bronze pieces. Orders are sent using Ground, which can take 7-10 business days. Once your order has been processed you will be notified of the expected delivery date of your order (if you have an e-mail address on file with the Museum). If your total order is $50 or under, your order will be shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: The Frederic Remington Art Museum processes orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Holidays. It is our objective to ship all orders within two business days depending on availability after they are processed. Please note that delivery times refer to shipping transit times, not order processing time. Various products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer; these products may take additional time. Be assured we process and ship our orders with an expedited approach. Any backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

A: Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
International Shipments:
International shipments are generally sent using UPS International services. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges. An email will be sent to you within 24 business hours of the exact total for shipping. If you have provided us with an e-mail address a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You, the recipient, are responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes on the materials sent to you. ** International shipping charges and delivery times are estimates. International shipping charges do not include duties and taxes. International delivery times do not include the time for processing your order through customs. Some products that are "oversized" may or may not be able to be shipped internationally.
